At Nature’s Own Wonders, all products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy on returns and refunds.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Skin reactions or sensitivities
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are considered final once products have been opened.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Product Variations (Important)
Our products are made using 100% natural ingredients, including oils, butters, and waxes. Because of this, you may notice natural changes in texture or appearance.
This can include:
- Softening or melting in warmer temperatures
- Firmness or hardening in cooler temperatures
- Slight variations in colour or consistency between batches
These changes are completely normal and do not affect the quality or usability of the product.
Products remain safe to use unless there are clear signs of spoilage, such as mould.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact form on our website.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where required in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Important Notes
Our products contain natural ingredients, including essential oils and nut-based oils, which may cause reactions in some individuals. Nature’s Own Wonders is not responsible for individual sensitivities once the product has been used.
