At Nature’s Own Wonders, all products are handmade in small batches. We ship Australia-wide and aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate shipping: $15 Australia-wide
- Free shipping on orders over $150
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
If a product has a longer wait time, this will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location once your order has been dispatched.
Warm Weather Shipping (Important)
Our products are made using natural oils, butters, and waxes, which can soften or melt in warmer temperatures.
For this reason, express shipping is strongly recommended during warmer weather to reduce transit time and minimise the risk of melting.
Nature’s Own Wonders is not responsible for changes in texture caused by heat during transit.
If melting occurs, products can usually be restored by placing them in a cool environment or refrigerating briefly.
